Tanishka has completed her LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 2021, after graduating from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi.
Before joining SKV Law Offices, she has previously worked with Mr. Sidharth Luthra, Senior Advocate, and with Trilegal. Her work primarily involved matters relating to criminal law and white-collar crime, including cases of corporate fraud, regulatory investigations, and economic offences. She has experience assisting in both litigation and advisory work, involving appearances before courts as well as research and drafting across different stages of proceedings.
