Aritra Mitra is a member of the Corporate team at the Firm, having commenced his professional career with us in 2025. He holds a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the National Law University, Odisha, Cuttack, completed in 2025.
Prior to joining SKV Law Offices, Aritra gained valuable experience through internships with several reputed law firms, where he worked with teams specializing in General Corporate, Capital Markets, and Securities Litigation.
At the Firm, his practice primarily focuses on General Corporate matters, with an emphasis on legal and regulatory advisory. He regularly assists and advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions and investments, including conducting legal due diligence, drafting of legal documents and related advisory work.
