Harshit Rathore holds an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur. He is a part of SKV’s Dispute Resolution and Regulatory practice. He previously worked on immigration litigation matters spanning jurisdictions across different U.S. circuits, and mediated cases in Los Angeles County Courts as a California DRPA-Certified Mediator, and brings that experience to his practice in India.
