Kartikay, an alumnus of National Law University, Patna, is a part of the Regulatory and Dispute Resolution team of SKV. He handles Regulatory disputes including Energy disputes inter-se parties. He has also assisted clients in various service and consumer matters. He has represented our clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, Central and State Electricity Regulatory Commissions in matters pertaining to contractual and regulatory disputes.
