R Jatin Katiyar is part of the Dispute Resolution and Regulatory team, with experience spanning across Civil, Criminal and Regulatory Litigation. He completed his B.A. (2015-2018) and LL.B. (2018-2021) from Lucknow University, followed by L.L.M in ADR specialization at O.P. Jindal Global University (2021-2022). Prior to joining practice, he gained diverse exposure through internships, including at Dentons in Mauritius, Armed Forces Tribunal (Regional Bench, Lucknow). He further honed his litigation skills at the Chambers of Amit Gautam and Rahul Singh, practicing in criminal law matters such as bail, Section 156(3) applications, dowry death, and POCSO cases, and later at B&B Legal Syndicate, representing leading government and private banks in matters before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) and 138 NI Act matters before all district courts in New Delhi and Gurugram.
